It's been a while since I've written here—and if you've been following me for any length of time, you know I'm usually not this quiet!! Writing and connecting with you all has been such an important (and cathartic) part of my journey…
So I wanted to share why I've been behind the scenes lately:
For those who don’t know, I've been pouring my energy into creating my online course, Anxiety Alchemy, which is finally launching next month!!
This is something I've been dreaming of for YEARS, because my own struggle with anxiety taught me that true healing goes way beyond simply "managing" symptoms. I know what it's like to feel trapped in spirals of fear, physical symptoms, and endless searching for answers. And I also know it's possible to heal—not just cope.
The Deep Dive I Had to Take
Creating something this comprehensive required me to go quiet for a while. I had to practice what I preach about boundaries and protecting creative energy. Because here's what I learned: when you're birthing something that could genuinely change lives, you have to treat the process as sacred.
Which it is.
I spent months researching, testing, refining, and pouring my entire understanding of anxiety healing into this course. We're talking 12 comprehensive modules that bridge science and spirituality in a way I've never seen done before. It’s the course I needed when I was that 19 year old, suffering from panic attacks and feeling like a prisoner in her own body.
What Anxiety Alchemy Actually Is
Anxiety Alchemy is my way of bringing everything I've learned together into one place. It's holistic, science-backed, and rooted in the belief that anxiety is not a life sentence (and I’m PROOF of that!) It's designed to help people transform anxiety from the inside out—by working on the body, mind, and spirit all at once.

It's not just information—it's the actual tools and protocols I've used myself and with clients to create lasting change.
Why This Matters Right Now
I'm watching so many people struggle with anxiety levels that feel unprecedented. Between global uncertainty, social media overwhelm, and the general pace of modern life, our nervous systems are maxed the F out!
But here's what I know after years of studying this: anxiety is not your enemy. It's your system trying to protect you with outdated software. And when you understand how to work with your anxiety instead of against it, everything changes.
This approach isn't another course promising to "cure" your anxiety in 30 days. This is deep, transformational work that meets you exactly where you are and gives you the tools to understand anxiety as information, not a life sentence.

What makes Anxiety Alchemy different is how it weaves together evidence-based practices with the deeper spiritual aspects of healing. Every module includes both the science behind why something works and practical tools you can use immediately.

Coming Back to the Conversation
I'm both nervous and incredibly excited to finally bring this to life. Creating this course pushed me to grow in ways I didn't expect. It required me to trust my voice, stand behind my methods, and believe that what I have to offer matters.
Some days that felt easy. Other days it felt impossible.
But every time I doubt myself, I remember that 19 year old girl inside of me who was desperate for real answers, and a step-by-step guide to healing… one that doesn’t include a band-aid of medication cocktails.
